Every week at the Centre

Wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.

Our weekly programme of activities serves our community at the Centre and in their own homes. We see positive outcomes in improving physical and mental health and wellbeing through Exercise-Crafts-Health awareness sessions.

'Drop-In' Sessions

Tuesday And Thursday, 11.00-2.30 pm

Monday & Friday

Visiting And Befriending.

Many people in our community find it difficult to leave home due to disability and some have fears about leaving their homes. We visit people in their own homes to offer friendship, advice and even a hot meal! We can build trust to the point where people are happy to visit the Centre when they would not have come without meeting us first.

Tuesday And Thursday

11.00–2.30 pm - Let's get creative and our brains stimulated!

Bingo, Crafts such as card making, tiling, flower arranging – BEATit Drumming and Rythmn time. Once a month – Health awareness informative session – open to the Community.

Tuesdays only: Cape ClicknChat, introduction to the digital world.

Light refreshments available (please advise any dietary/allergy requirements).
