Cape Community

Every week at the Centre

The Centre has 'drop-in' sessions, Tuesday and Thursday, 12.30-2.00pm including light refreshments.

Monday and Friday

Visiting and Befriending.
Many people in our community find it difficult to leave home due to disability and some have fears about leaving their homes. We visit people in their own homes to offer friendship, advice and even a hot meal! We can build trust to the point where people are happy to visit the Centre when they would not have come without meeting us first.

Tuesday and Thursday

12.30 – 2.00pm Get your brain going!

– Bingo, Crafts such as card making, tiling, flower arranging – BEATit Drumming and Rythmn time.  Once a month – Health awareness informative session – open to the Community.

Light refreshments available (please advise any dietary/allergy requirements).
